For the Defense of the Monarchy

Meanwhile in the other end of the royal palace, Kistarking's mother finds she has other immediate matters to concern herself with, besides the foolish antics of her daughter.  During a recent cranial fusion, the Empress learned of a possible coup attempt being coordinated by her once-loyal General Hyperrency, who seems frustrated at the Empress's hesitation to launch an invasion of the 'medium-sized blue planet' they have been monitoring for thousands of solar cycles.  The concerned Empress concludes that she must find out more information about this possible rebellion and figure out how to quell it, and the best way to do that would be to directly infiltrate the general's camp.

But for a mission this serious, the Empress knows she cannot risk using a palace slave; what if they were to get discovered?  What if they get captured and the unfortunate servant's not smart or cunning enough to avoid divulging information to the enemy?  No, this is something the Empress will have to do herself for the sake of her kingdom.

Obviously she just can't walk into Hyperrency's camp and expect these potential rebels to just give up information to her; she will need a disguise... and a good one.  So the Empress summons a pretty servant named Willamena to come to her bedroom parlour.  Once Willamena arrives, the Empress strips off her clothes, shoes and collar and hands them over to the bewildered servant, telling her to take especially good care of one of the gloves she was wearing.

When this is done, the Empress takes a deep breath and begins a process so secretive that even Princess Kistarking doesn't know about it.  The procedure is called Twolmden and it involves transforming her body into a puddle of thick gelatinous goo.  As Willamena looks on in wonderment, the Empress sinks lower into the palace floor as more and more of her body starts to bubble and liquify.  When it is almost complete, the majestic leader of Thegadanis looks up at her palace slave and sternly gives her a warning... along with instructions on what to do next.  After a few seconds of hesitation, a nervous and frightened Willamena nods her large head in agreement.
